TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We understand is a bit lengthy but it is necessary information in order to have a successful experience.
LIABILITY
As you participate in this tour, you accept full responsibility for your behavior, wellbeing and health throughout the tour; which may involve a variety of activities, including but not limited to swimming, hiking, riding, running, and/or walking for extended periods of time. Nsroma Adventures cannot be held responsible for any accident, health and liability insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any damages; property damage from use of rented items or harm through nature. You are responsible for any rented items while they are in your care and agree to pay for any damages made by you or parties involved with you.
RESERVATION
Reservation is strictly by first-pay-first-serve basis. After completing this registration, you're required to deposit a minimum of GHC 350 to secure your slot. The balance must be paid at least a day to the trip. All payments must be made electronically (we’ve provided you with a payment link in the booking forms). Only a deposit signifies reservation. Without the deposit, your slot is not secured.
ACCOMMODATION
Our first night is a camping experience underneath the stars and the waterfalls (One person is to one tent)
Our second night is a river view hotel stay in Akosombo (2 persons in a room - same gender)
Single Occupancy preference should be communicated whiles making the booking
MEALS
On departure from Accra, you will be served a full English breakfast in the bus.
This is a jungle experience and we will have 2 meals in the jungle; dinner for the first night and breakfast the following morning.
Our second dinner and third breakfast will be had at the hotel in Akosombo.
As specified on package. Any special allegies and preference must be communicated.
We advise you to bring along snacks
LATENESS & BUS ARRANGEMENTS
Departure is from the Accra Mall is 6:00am. We wait for all latecomers for 15 minutes. The bus will finally move at 6:15 am. If you arrive after 6:15 am, you will miss the bus.
Your inability to join us on your own does not qualify you for a refund.
In the bus, where you sit from the set off point must be where you sit throughout the tour. In any event you want to switch seats, you must communicate it with the other person and receive consent beforehand.
Kindly indicate that you will need adequate leg room in the bus so your seat can be reserved.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Regardless of the date you register and make your deposit, if for any reason at all, you cannot make it for the tour and wish to cancel your reservation, you must inform us two weeks to the date. You will receive an 80% refund for cancellations done before 20th November, 2024. No refunds will be given for cancellations done on and after 20th November, 2024 regardless of when you made the deposit. If you miss this tour, there will be no refund. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your reservation to another person. In the case where we cancel the tour, you will be duly informed and all deposits shall be refunded.
REQUIREMENTS & CLOTHING
Every adventurer will be provided with unlimited bottles of water per day. If you want more than that, you are advised to come along with some. The weather is quite cold at night and you are advised to park sleepwears and hoodies that can keep you warm at night.
COMPORTMENT
In no situation does one adventurer insult or use vulgar terms towards another adventurer. Respect must be shown towards one another. In any situation where an adventurer has a complaint, the only person to be addressed is the Travel coordinator for the agency in a respectful manner.
ACTS OF GOD
In a situation where an act of God prevents you from participating in an activity you have been charged for, you are only entitled to the refund of the cost of that activity. Alternatively, you can decide to let Nsroma Adventures keep the cost as credit for a future trip.
PHOTOGRAPHY & TERMS OF USE
A photographer with the agency will take photos and record videos of all activities involving you throughout the entire tour during the various days. The media taken during the tour will be displayed on our social media accounts, exhibitions, merchandise, competitions, advertisement and other use as deemed appropriate by us. The pictures and videos are always showcased in the best possible way and will never compromise or jeopardise our hard-earned reputation. You agree that these photographs and videos can be used without any additional compensation to you. If you do not wish for your photographs and videos to be taken, kindly inform us. Failure to notify us will mean your acceptance of these terms.
